REI Elements® laminate adds waterproof, windproof qualities to the tough stretchy nylon shell while remaining breathable; factory-sealed seams. Two-way stretch is engineered into the fabric for a comfortable fit. Water-resistant, full-length front zipper is backed by a storm flap for complete protection from the elements. Adjustable zip-off hood can be completely removed or zipped into collar when not needed. Pit zippers allow cooling airflow as your activity level heats up. Interior pocket has portal for headphone jacks or GPS antennae. Three exterior pockets have water-resistant zippers. Drawcord hem seals out cold and wind."
