Absolutely loved this bag. Warm, compact and impervious to the elements. Now, I didn't float it down a river to see how it did in snow or anything, but I did sleep in 40 degree weather with windchill way below 20 degrees. And I was fine in just my long underwear. My only reason not to give it 5 stars and not return it for the Expedition, which would give me 66 inches in chest size vs 59, was its tightness on me making it very difficult to be comfortable in anything but a lying-on-back position...not my position. :)
Anyway, I'd totally recommend this bag for anybody under 6'3" and less than 56" chest size. Sucks for me cause I really liked this bag. Hope the Expedition is as plush and still lightweight.
Happy trails,
Joe
