I recently picked this up on sale at REI. I waited until I tried it out to see how I like it. I took it on a winter mountaineering trip over the weekend and so far I like the way this pack works. It is easy to attach a pair of trekking poles and my 2 liter Camelbak reservoir worked pretty well with this pack. I really liked the light weight and flexibility that this pack offers.

I noticed that this pack doesn't get caught on as many things as other packs I've used. The trail that I was on this weekend was somewhat overgrown with trees and I didn't notice that this pack got caught very often. Surely my other packs would have been snagging every 5 min. I like the way this pack moves with my body and stays close to my back. It look a little while to adjust it to where it fits my body well but it paid off.

This pack has everything I need and nothing I don't. The only thing I would like is an easier way to tie some snowshoes on this pack, but you can't have it all.
