Salomon Light Amphibian 2
Price Paid: $60
This could be a great shoe...couldn't tell. Was purchased as lightweight water crossing /in camp shoe.
Salomon website and backcountry.com (retail source) both list weight as 10 oz. Reality is that is 10 oz. each. A 20 oz. pair of water shoes is no great trick. Got two pair already. They went back to backcountry.com
However, I reviewed these on backcountry.com pointing out the weights are not as advertised, so be aware, and guess what? Somehow the review magically disappeared from their website. Must have been magic.

The Salomon Tech Amphib 2 Light is a multi-purpose shoe that doubles as a sandal.
Before you head to the river to embark on your whitewater trip, pull on the Salomon Women's light Amphibian 2 Shoe. Salomon gave this shoe a mesh upper to let water flow through while sifting out rocks, sticks, and other river debris. The protective toe cap keeps you from stubbing your digits under water, and the Contragrip rubber sole helps you stay your footing while you load or unload your boat. Pull the breakaway lace system tight and adjust the convertible heel for maximum comfort and function as you ride the white caps or make camp on the bank.
