It's a great travel piece for those spaces where the sun doesn't warm things up enough for shorts. Along the right side you might find a hidden zipper for the cargo pocket--it's in a place where others won't normally see it. The Lite cotton dobby fabric feels a lot like cotton canvas, but Salomon treated the material with an enzyme and stone wash treatment for added softness.
