Rating: rated 4.5 of 5 stars

I bought these approach shoes for an ascent of Kilimanjaro or at least the trek up to the last camp on the Machame route when high altitude boots were used.

The Mystic shoe performed brilliantly. I foolishly hadn't worn them very much before the climb and I was worried thay they were not broken in properly. But I had no need to worry. They served me well with gret comfort and not a hint of a blister.

Only heat insulation prevented me wearing them on the final ascent from 4600m.

Fully recommended.
