Ease of Setup: awkward shaped but easy once you practice

This tent is great in its portability and it is pretty easy to set up. It packs up small and light. I've used it in backpacking trips and I lived in it for three weeks in Massachusetts. During that trip, pretty much everyone else's tent leaked during the heavy rains, but this tent kept me dry. After a few years use the waterproofing is gone (camping in the rain the last few weeks has meant much wettness on the inside) and I've had to re-waterproof it.
Big con for this tent is the fact that it must be staked in REAL well for it to function properly. If you try camping somewhere where you can't get tent stakes in the ground you're going to be sorry...especially if it rains.

Nice tent. The odd pitch angle really makes it a 1 1/2 person tent, but two close friends can use it. I have only had it a few months and the bane/blessing is the clear poly window in the fly. It's great to keep from getting "cabin fever" where you might be "shut-in" during bad weather. The downside is that you may feel like a fish in an aquarium when you're changing clothes.

Ease of Setup: with only one pole and clips it is easy to setup
The Asteroid is a great tent that will do her best to keep you happy. Although even in mild wind her single pole system, alone, is not enough to keep the form of the tent. But this is nothing a little ingenuity and extra guy cords cannot fix.

Design: three-season freestanding dome
Sleeps: 2
Ease of Setup: very easy
Weight: 2.2 kilos
Price Paid: $97.99 clearence!
For ease, weight, room awesome. The out sticking fly leaves room for two packs otside the tent, but still protected under the fly. Would have paid two or three times that amount. Only drawback, a bit ugly, if you care about that stuff.
