Sierra Designs North Star

I bought this tent in May of 2000 on sale at Galyans. SD has dicontinued this tent, but I think they need to create a new model exactly like it. I love it! It's rated as a 2 person-plus. I can comfortably fit my 6'1" 240lb. frame, along with my 10-yr.-old and 6-yr.-old sons, into this tent. We can even fit all of our gear under the spacious vestibule. Weighing in at only 5 pounds, it's lighter than most 2 person tents. If SD still made this tent, I would highly recommend it. If you can still buy it at Northern Mountain Supply, you better get one, while they last! It was the best deal I'd ever seen based on space to weight ratio and Galyan's had it at a darn good price too!
