Well I must say as I have aged weight has gotten to be a prime issue, now 56. While surfing the net to find a good light down bag i came across the Sierra Designs Wicked Light Fast, rated to 32 degrees. Weight is 1lb 7oz! Great bag and warmer than it is rated, I think.

The only drawback is it is a bit tight around the shoulders but this is a small price to pay for such a light bag. If you are on the tall or large side walk on by this bag, but for those of you under 5ft 10in and of lighter build this bag rocks.
