Summary
Amazing handling, great for use in the Grigri 2, nicely cushioned falls, and light as can be. I would definitely recommend this rope. Perfect for sport and trad leads.
Pros
- Handling, especially with the Grigri 2
- Nicely cushioned falls
- Lightweight
Cons
- The mid-marker was off by 6 inches — no biggie
- May be too thin for use with the Grigri 1
- Rapelling with this thin of a rope may require belay gloves
So lightweight — even in the 70m with dry treatment! I also got the bi-weave which makes finding the middle actually possible — visibilty can save lives and help you avoid sticky situations.
I would also recommend the Dry treatment. It extends the longevity of your rope. Of course, 70 meter length for versatility.
I've used this on five or six climbing outings so far and have absolutely loved it, the sheath seems to be holding up really well, and I've received tons of compliments on it. AWESOME ROPE.
