Rating: ![]()
The rubber on the bottom separated in several places shortly after purchasing these shoes. The humorous part of this story is that after E-mailing Teva to tell them about this they sent back a message telling me they would replace them if I returned them unused. See below:
Dear Jerry,
Thank you for your e-mail. In response to your inquiry, we gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Teva product from a retailer other than Teva , the Teva call center or Teva mail order.
While We do not refund for products not purchased directly from us we will process your return for an exchange or a credit.
Items must be in new, unused condition. A product with any dirt or wear and tear will be returned with no action taken. Products must be from our current product line, which is posted on the website.
Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned without evaluation.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We will ship your exchanged pair to you via surface delivery at no additional charge, although the new item may still be subject to duties and custom charges.
Please refer to the back of your invoice for the required return form.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method as Teva is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend using UPS, Fed Ex or the USPS regular ground service.
If the invoice is no longer available, you may download the appropriate forms from our web site at:
Once we receive your shipment, please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange to be processed.
If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us (800) 367-8382 Monday through Friday 5 am until 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am until 5 pm Arizona Time.

Additional Comments :
I purchased a pair of Tamur shoes and did not keep the receipt. I have never had to after a couple of weeks. This was the worst pair of shoes I ever bought. The souls started separating after only a few months. Absolutely the worst pair of shoes I ever bought.
