The five-inch inseam and 30 UPF on The North Face Women's Paramount II Shorts make them great for sunny hikes, and the DWR finish still protects you from unforeseen rainy weather. The North Face made the Paramount II out of nylon and elastane for the stretchy durability you need to hike comfortably. An active fit is relaxed at the waist and slimmed down at the legs to minimize bulk and maximize comfort, and an internal drawcord at the waist keeps these shorts on without a belt.
