Pretty nice shoe for what it's designed for: easy hiking in hot weather. It's highly ventilated. The wind breezes right through! It's all mesh with some synthetic leather in strategic places. That said, it is not too flimsy. It strikes a nice balance between light weight and the kind of basic level of foot support/protection you'd expect from a low-cut running/hiking shoe. Long walks have not left my feet any more sore or tired than in other trail shoes from La Sportiva, Lowa, etc.

Fit is a bit on the roomy side, but not sloppy. Sole tread pattern is quite knobby, so it's great for dirt trails, pine needles, leaves; but not as great for slick rock or granite slabs as more climbing-inspired trail shoes like those from FiveTen. You could run in this shoe, but I'd say it's really better for walking than running. Overall, a great shoe for hot days.
