User Review: The North Face Tourlight 3D

Temperature Rating: 35 F
Weight: Around 1 pound!!!
Price Paid: $155
I already own TNF Superlight 0 degree down bag and I love it. However, this bag was a little overkill fo summer trips, so I decided to invest in another TNF bag for warm climates. I wanted a synthetic bag so I would not have to worry about it getting wet and not insulating (summer weather in KY is so hard to predict).
I chose the Tourlight 35 degree bag. It is flat out awesome, it packs to the size of a football and weighs about as much as wrist watch does. Backpacker magazine claimed that it was somewhat small and and too snug but I disagree, it's a mummy bag not a king size bed. I feel that it provides ample amonts of room and have no complaints. If you plan to buy a warm weather sleeping bag which is somewhat affordable (by TNF's standards) this is the bag for you!!!
