"The innovative binding system of the High Road 20 snowshoes from TSL includes a double D-ring toe cord design that eliminates shin banging, a one-pull toe-box adjustment, a ratchet system and a telescoping adjustment for different size feet. These features combine to deliver a fit that will keep you on the road to winter adventure. Heel Wrap Binding System has 4 adjustment points for maximum comfort, excellent precision and heel support on steep slopes, and custom boot coverage. Toe box easily tightens with one hand. Pre-adjustable heel strap saves time. Ratchet system over the top of the foot delivers a quick, secure fit; comfort pad under ratchet system can be preset to stay centered on top of your boot. Telescopic size adjustment of the binding gives optimum fit. Anti Shin-Bang Articulation (ASA) blocks foot rotation at 90 to prevent shin bang while allowing snow to slide off the back. Nexflon and T-Bax deck materials are shock tested to -40F. Aluminum frame is lightweight and durable."
