This thing is incredible. I spent a week in Berthoud Pass and was incredibly comfortable. It is a true softshell and everything you need for the snow. I'd open the vents and slide the insulation to the back on the ascent and adjust as needed to stay warm on breaks. If you want a great softshell that is super functional, pick one up.
