User Review: Wiggy's Cagoule

Summary

Essential protection for big downpour and wind with a rucksack under.

This multi-purpose cagoule do everything and has all; you can use it both in summer or winter with an adapted fleece.

Though the range is very huge, you must be carefull ordering among the offered sizes S to XL, I usually wear a XL size, there I ordered a M to fit me well.

There are 2 adjustable elastics drawcords at hood + back of the head, 1 at cuffs, waist (under a breast pocket), and down the cag.

It is wide enough to carry under a rucksack ,change your clothing ,use it also as a bivy sac when nowhere to sleep or a rain protection for kayak,etc; it is suggested not to move much because there is no air ducts for perspiration.

It would have been good if Wiggy's add a brimed peak to the hood to avoid raindrops in the face but the large space allow you also to wear a hat, a cap or a helmet.

It is made of strong 200 denier polyuretane coated  Oxford nylon has taped seams

Exist in black,orange or army camouflage and is very light.

A must for backpacking
