Secretary of the Pine Mountain Trail Association which built and maintains the trail located in west central Georgia within FDR State Park. www.pinemountaintrail.org
Personally been involved withthe PMTA for around 30 years.
On vacations, wife son and I plan trips to places to hike and backpack. Favorite places to hike are Glacier National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Last summer went back to Glacier (3rd trip) and Yellowstone (5th trip) . 2009 went to Alaska (Denali NP and down to couple other places hiking on Kenai penn.. Have hiked in New Mexico (many times), Arches NP (3 times), Rocky Mt. NP (7x) , Olympic NP, Mt Rainier NP, Mt. St. Helens NM, Crater Lake NP, Tetons NP (4x),
