About
I've done a fair bit of backpacking, all in the Appalachians. My longest trip was four days/three nights, but I will have a hard time taking longer breaks from civilization until my four kids (all under 8) get a little older. The Citico Wilderness is my favorite backcountry area. I have hiked most of the trails in the wilderness and hope to cover the rest this year.
