About
I'm an ancient backpacker based in Washinton state. I do most of my packing in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness, and the Selway Bitterroots. Quite a selection! I also do a lot of scramble hiking and occasionally venture into mountaineering with forays to the summits of Ranier, Hood, Adams, Baker, St Helens. Age necessitates switching to UL gear and I'm working hard to get my pack weights down.
