I am a diabetic and have been camping for over 29 years in most situations from tailgate camping, backpacking, canoeing, and so on.  My most proud achievement is my 25 continuous nights of camping award.  I am always on the hunt for ways to help the diabetic get outdoors with my blog: www.thediabeticcamper.blogspot.com  for some reason manufacturers of diabetic equipment do not intend for it to be used outside of a house so it is my mission to either change them or find a replacement so we all can take a poop in the woods where it is intended to be!  That last part is just a joke.
