MPowerd Luci Original

Lightweight inflatable solar lantern. We have four of these solar lanterns. I purchased them a couple of years ago at a Bob’s Store for $14.95 each to use as nighttime lighting in our Oru kayaks. The Oru folding kayaks are made of a double-thick, polyethylene sheet that is folded into a 12-foot kayak (Beach LT and Bay LT) and a 16-foot Coast model. The white hull is translucent, so we activate two lanterns for each hull and put one each in the bow and stern as we are assembling the kayak for safe… Full review

MPowerd Luci Outdoor 2.0

To sum up this light in one word...fantastic! I have owned two of these lights for several years, and they are FANTASTIC. They weigh next to nothing. I clip one to the top of my pack lid and it recharges while I'm hiking. They have a charge level indicator (which my first solar light did not have), and a loop on top to hang it in my tent using the mini-biners that clip it to my pack. On low power it puts out enough light to see to set up my tent, read a book, or any other task that you would perform… Full review

MPowerd Luci Outdoor 2.0

Luci v2.0 solar-powered LED light is a compact, lightweight, super bright, and versatile option that provides lantern-like light. Charges up easily. Nothing fancy...just a great idea. Here's another review of an MPowered Luci product...that I've been meaning to add. Item was brought to my attention by a friend that had one and recommended it as we were preparing for a private raft trip down the Grand Canyon this spring. It was a nice lantern-like light that provided general lighting, and was a good… Full review

MPowerd Luci Connect

MPowered's Luci Connect is a solar powered light that features a wide array of colors and settings. If you live in a place where the sun shines regularly, this is an awesome piece of gear to add to your collection. Beginning in 2012, Mpowered started manufacturing solar powered lights to offer affordable clean energy options to the masses. Mpowered wants to challenge the global population to make less of an impact by using clean energy. So, supporting Mpowered means that you support a company that… Full review

MPowerd Luci Connect

This latest arrival from MPOWERD is smart, solar, inflatable, waterproof, durable, and you can choose from colors, brightness, and scheduling all off your mobile device! This is a VERY bright light. It allows for the latest IOS and Android devices to control it. The colors appear to be limitless. It is the first remote control light of its kind. It still lives up to the brand's durability and beautiful design. This is basically a Philips Hue on the run—oh and it's waterproof! Full review

BioLite SiteLight XL

Great globe light for basecamp. I pair mine with an Anker PowerCore 26800 and Anker PowerPort Solar for a total solution. For a bonus, add BioLite SiteLight Mini.  Full review

Ozark Trail LED Rechargeable Lantern

Used unit 3-4 times camping. Bright adjustable light. Unfortunately, the unit will not recharge. Would not recommend the unit for this reason. Full review

Ozark Trail LED Rechargeable Lantern

I've bought more Ozark products and they're cheaply made also. This lantern lasted five charges, now won't hold a charge.  Wasted money on an Ozark tent, poles bent first time using it.  Ozark products are cheap garbage. Spend a little more and go Coleman. Full review

Black Diamond Orbit

It's lightweight and small. Puts out good light for cooking or reading at night. I like it. It fits my needs if I ever use it that often. I usually use the Snow Peak Giga lamp knockoff that is four times brighter, but it also uses a canister to fuel it and mantles that are getting harder to find. I still use a UCO Candle Lantern when it's cold in my tent, so I am still an analog light person. I bought a box load of camping gear at a thrift store for $5. Had an MSR DragonFly stove a SweetWater filter… Full review
