Lowa Vento
Lowa brand promise broken. Unhappy hiker. Dry rotted soles after just two hikes.
Pros
- Nice look
- Comfortable
Cons
- Poor materials
- Inferior craftsmanship
I’ve had my Lowa hiking shoes for less than three years. Loved them at first, but began to notice the rubber soles were dry rotting from the inside out(!). They started to break apart on a recent hike.
Outside rubber moldings were in great shape, but insides had turned to dry black rubber powder. Completely fell apart. Wasted a couple hundred $$$. Won’t be buying the Lowa brand again.
Background
My first and only experience with Lowa brand hiking boots was bad. I won’t be buying this brand again.
