I have taken this bag on numerous trips and it's a great and warm bag-- I've had this bag to about 39F with no ill effects. I really like the fleece hood collar. It seals around my face when needed and provides an efficient and effective barrier against cold air coming into the bag on cooler nights. The bag is also quite roomy and the Polarguard 3D keeps its shape well.

Two things I would change: it's a little on the roomy side for my taste, and at just over 3 lbs, it's a little on the heavy side for the temp rating. But I guess that's the trade-off for roominess.

Other than that, great bag. I've had it in windy conditions, wet conditions, etc, and it just hangs in there.

I have a long, but I think I would do better with a regular.
