Spyderco Stretch 2
A great EDC at a reasonable price with VG-10 steel. Wonderful ergonomics! Option for high end steel at higher cost.
Pros
- Will not slip
- Not too big nor too small
- Reasonable price for VG-10 steel
- Locking folder
Cons
- I wish I upgraded to better steel than the VG-10. Otherwise a great knife.
Reasonably priced folder for EDC. FRN bidirectional scales prevent slipping in the hand. Jimping on the spine and near the handle allows you to choke up towards the blade for ultimate blade control.
Not too big—smaller than Endura but better ergonomics; and not too small—bigger than Delica. Locking folder.
Background
Initially bought for hunting seven years ago, but it became my EDC for the last five since I needed a larger blade to cut apples, boxes, steak, open packages, etc.
