An incredibly well designed pack, its size is just between a day pack and a backpack. It has one large compartment divided into two sections. I used it around college campus with my books in the top and smelly athletic clothes in the bottom. I have also taken it on day trips and it has stood up wonderfully. All the features you could want, with a well padded removable hip-belt, compression straps, and a bizzare thing on the front that even Vaude doesn't know what it's for, it's carried my sneakers and other things like ropes, or anything else you want to stuff on the outside of your pack.
