What to write?
Not sure what to write? Consider these things when reviewing outdoor food and drink:
Taste: Did it taste good? How's the flavor? Would you eat or drink it again?
Prep: How easy is it to prepare in the backcountry? Did it pair well with other outdoor foods?
Satiety: Did it fill you up as expected?
Energy: Did it provide sufficient energy for the calories?
Claims: Did it meet any nutritional or performance claims?
Packaging: Was it convenient to pack in and out?
Best For: Who would you recommend to? For what activities, where, when?
Make it a Killer Review
Keep it concise There’s no ideal length for every gear review. Say what you need to say, whether it takes 150 words or 1,500. Just make sure that all content is relevant, helpful, and usable. More tips for a killer review »
