Between 18 and 20 pounds, though it might be lighter by the end of the week--I expect delivery of a factory 'used' Luxury Lite pack any day now. The weight difference between the LL and my existing pack is about 3 pounds. If my gear fits the new pack, I'm still looking at 15-17 instead of 18-20.
The bigs, for me, are a 5lb Dana Design Hyalite pack, a 4+lb TNF Tadpole, a 1.5+lb Therm-A-Rest UL Long and a sub-2lb Lafuma Warm 'n Light 800 extreme bag. I use a Penny Stove, so with fuel, mess kit and everything my cooking setup is under 1lb. The 'little stuff' adds up to 5-6 pounds, hence the 18-20 base weight...
