I was thinking of going there this spring to do Ben Nevis. Bidean Nam Bian  is right next to it in Glencoe. Makes you think...

My sympathies to any of our members from the British Isles, and particularly to the Scottish clubs.

More information. The one man who survived apparently did it by using his ice axe to catch some firmer snow above the breakaway line! Lucky guy.
