Hiking Boots

Any one know a good hiking boot in the price range of about $60 - $80. For backpacking and hiking 8-10 at a clip. There is alot of crap out there and need some help.

I paid $159 for Vasque Vista Goretex lined boots. Two weeks later I found the same boot for my wife for $59.99.

I truly love this boot and recommend it. Comfy, durable (uppers still look new and it is three years old and has about 500 miles on it) and plenty of ankle support.

I tested the waterproofness by standing in my swimming pool in ankle deep water for 10 minutes. It was completely dry inside and the uppers dried in about 20 minutes.

Vasque recommends Kiwi Camp Dry sprayed on the uppers to improve the drying time of split leather.
