I've slept in one on many occasions. My camping/climbing/paddling partner owns on, and we've never had any prob's....it is WP, sets up quickly, and has a good use of space. Vestibule area keeps boots, pack dry. Price is good, doesn't weigh TOO much. We generally use it for 'regular 3 season camping'.
We use my Eureka K2XT for winter/wind, and both have UL tents for lightweight trips.
I'd recommend the Apex 3XT highly.
