Yeah, i just wanted to say thank you to those who responded to my message a year ago, when i requested some gear. Now i use a stove i got from one of the hikers on the forum.
If you have some gear you don't use, see if i could use it for christian mission in Russia. By the way,
- if you happen to go to Russia, hike in Russia, if you have a question on russian gear - i'd be happy to help.

I'm glad you found the stove you were looking for. Where in Russia do you live? I've been to St. Petersburg -- once, about 10 years ago -- but didn't have the opportunity to get very far out of the city. In terms of hiking, I have to admit that Russia remains a pretty big blank spot on my map. What are the major areas you'd recommend to somebody who was interested in going to Russia and going backpacking or climbing?
