quick trail meals

I am a vegan who is seeking quick, non cooking meals. I thought that I would start with Ramen noodles or Couscous and go from there. If anyone has interesting recipes kindly let me know.

Non-cooking? Ramen and couscous are just a tad crunchy if you don't cook them... ;-)
If you mean minimal cooking (like Ramen) you might want to chek out the freeze dried refried and black beans you can pick up at most health/natural food stores (Wild Oats around here) They cook up in 5 minutes and are really great if you throw in some green chile. They are even good dry, but kinda crunchy...
