At the top of the comment box there are multiple formatting options, Select the Video Icon (looks like a peice of film negative)

then paste the URL of your video into the window, click "preview" to make sure you have the right URL pasted and that it is showing up properly before posting it.

Is that Jim Wood's design? I think he also made a slightly bigger stove for winter use, but I don't see it on his website.

I just did some research on the web and took a little bit from several people. I don't know who should get the credit for first making a "Cat" stove, but it's surly not me.

As best I know the Cat Stove is Jim Woods design as Tom D suggests.
It is the alcohol stove I started with, easy to make, and makes things real hot.
