I have a SVEA 1 in excellent condition with the original box.  Stove was fired up to make sure it worked.  I would like to trade for an MSR XGK EX or possibly sell.  I can provide photo's if interested.

Photos would be an excellent idea. How much are you asking for the stove?

How does the Svea 1 differ from the Svea 123 and Svea 123R? Pictures would indeed help, as would photos showing the original box

Ok, I know that stove. I briefly had a kerosene Primus of much the same configuration, but I got rid of it because I didn't really care for the stench of burning kerosene. Plus the Primus 71L that I replaced it with (and still have) is a lot smaller and more backpackable. Then again, I currently have several multifuel stoves and keep a supply of kerosene on hand. Svea, Primus, and Optimus all had both white gas and kerosene stoves of a generally similar configuration from the early 1900s until the late 1940s. Real collector's item.
