I bought a pair of keens from the website, but they sent me a size 13 and a size NOT 13 (i.e. 11 or 12).
I am trying to contact the company, but they are not responding. I may have to accept that I got screwed.

When this was originally posted, I did a little research to see if it was legit. The samplesize.net domain name is registered to Jim Purdy, who is indeed a sales rep for the brands mentioned. If you're not able to get an answer through the contact form on samplessize.net, I'd suggest contacting his rep agency:
