I have a Dana Design Redirect pack for sale. It’s too big for daytrips, and overnighters are difficult these days.
It was used once for an overnight trip and is in new condition. As you can see from the pics, there is no evidence of wear whatsoever, on the top, bottom, sides, front, back or inside.
Size is marked L/XL, it’s 4200 cubic inch capacity. Big. See the photo of the 7 climbing ropes I filled it with to take the pics (it was either ropes or my entire linen closet). The pack weighs 5.5 lbs, but can carry 60 lbs comfortably. At least.
This fits torsos 21” and longer (about 5’11” in height and taller). Amazing adjustability for waistbelt, shoulder straps, chest strap.
Long (12”) extension skirt at the top. This is the type of pack you sleep in when you’re up a creek without a sleeping bag.
This pack is designed for 3 day trips carrying everything, 4 if you pack light.
A few of the features:
Crampon patch, compression straps, internal load control stral, sternum strap, daisy chains on the back, ice axe lops, sleeping bag compartment at the bottom, Arclight rigid internal frame stays.
Comes with original user’s manual, which describes initial setup and fitting, and usage guidelines.
Price is $165, shipping will be $15 insured in the lower 48, or face to face in manhattan.
I take Paypal, and will split the fees with you, so add $2 if you use it. USPS money order is also good. I will hold personal checks 10 days to clear.
Here’s a link to the pack on a retail site. When you check out the other gear on this site, you’ll see that these guys hand select and sell only stuff that works in Alaska. No Fluff.
