I have seen some good cheap deals on Golite tents at Ebay. I use whats called the Shangri La 3 the pyramid tent by Golite. Its very light,

roomy and comes in three sections. They also have very light (hence their name) packs, sleeping bags and other tents and gear. Check em out at www.golite.com My sleeping bag is the Featherlight and it weighs just 9 oz of down.

Hi--I'm selling an MSR missing link tarp/tent here:

http://www.trailspace.com/forums/classifieds/topics/55018.html#55018

The thread is closed, but you can email me at pillowthread @yahoo.com if you're interested. It comes with all stakes and a groundcloth, and packs up to about volleyball size. Won a lot of awards a couple years ago, and all you need are hiking poles ($18 Wallyworld ones are unexpectedly decent) to set it up, or really just trees and sticks from those trees.
