Does anyone know of a source to obtail the GT 106 Fuel canister?

I have only two left and I like my little stove. I have been using it for 35 years, yes I know I'm old and cheap but if it works, don't change it.

Thanks,

Mac Jones

I have'nt seen a fuel canister for that stove in a long time. I went to using the Pocket Rocket in 2002. I used the Gaz stove with the blue fuel container since buying mine in 1978. Good luck!

That's the story on the fuel canisters. You may however, be interested in a nifty adapter(which would allow you to continue using your stove) made by a CCS(Classic Camp Stoves) member whose user I.D. is Chicken Thief. The CCS website is closed for an upgrade and should be up and running tomorrow, July 6.

Thanks for the info and I plan to backback into the Never Summer Wilderness area in Colorado this week end. Via the Bowen Pass Trail head from the north park side out of Walden Colorado.

Thanks again,

Mac Jones
