The Sigma lens was a removable rigid lens hood and is a 70-300.

The Canon lens is a 75-300.

Both have lens caps and body caps.

I am asking $60 for the Sigma and $80 for the Canon. Plus shipping and insurance.

Is the Canon still available?  If so, will you except a return if not satisfied?

Thank you, Gary, for your reply.  I was looking at the lens for my beau.  When I showed it to him he indicated it was not the particular one he was looking for.  Thanks anyway.  Jean

Hey Gary, what are the specs on each lens?

-Year made (how old)

-F stop Range

-Largest aperture

-Is the largest aperture fixed, and if not what is the range

-Filter size

-If either of them have Macro function, and if so is it at the near or extended length.

Thanks

Thanks Gary, the F-stop is the number that defines a given aperture's light efficiency. So on that lens

f4 is the largest aperture, it isn't fixed, and the range is 4-5.6.

I was asking for a friend who I knew was looking for some longer glass, but they have already gotten something else.

Good luck with selling them, I'd have gone for one if they were nikon mount :)

I sold the Canon lens last evening to a couple traveling from Alaska. The Sigma 70-300 could have a Nikon mount put on it cheaper than buying a new lens.
