where to get aveolite liner boots?

It seems that I've read many books advising that when you get plastic boots, you can get new/custom/non-manufacturer inner boots that might be better.

Where do people get these? I imagine it would be easy for me to get new inner boots from the manufacturer, but can't find other sources.
