Look at this photo taken from the ISS then check out this interactive photo created by David Brashears and posted on VFTT (among other places). Amazing. Be sure to use the controls at the bottom of the image.

I've seen some really big mountains. I used to live in the Andes and could see Illimani from my neighborhood way off in the distance, but the scale of Everest up close in this photo is unbelieveable.

Does not work on iPads and smartphones. But the link was posted elsewhere on Trailspace. It works fine on regular PCs and Macs.
