I have a friend that is always waxing poetic about just such a cart for our desert dry camp hikes. Unfortunately many wilderness areas specifically preclude apparatus “with wheels” from use in the parks.

I shudder to think of the cost for this thing. I bet, for the price, I can go and purchase a few more pieces of ultralight gear and slim my pack down some more.

That being said, I could see some usefulness with it if I plan on taking kids or a larger group in. Could throw on my childcarrier backpack and tow the necessities.
