Cross-country skiing today, I watched my son show off his ever-expanding nordic skills. In addition to skiing faster and stronger, those skills now include jumping, attempting tricks, and skiing down a hard-packed sledding hill on his skinny skis. Yes, my most impressive cross-country feat is pulling a kid in a pulk, with the other grabbing on to hitch a ride.

It's not worth watching though, even with a soundtrack.

Agreed funny, but I would not try any of the tricks myself. That skating technic is also too hard for me, and not good for skiing with a pack which i do when skiing backcountry. I only use traditional kick-and-glide.

But admittedly I have done some spectacular stunts in my time, only very glad that noone had a camera and caught me then. LOL.
