You put a colon (:) at the start of a line, and it comes out like this:

Notice that the colon in the middle or anywhere than right after a carriage return (shades of the old typewriter days!) does not result in the quote box.
Then a carriage return ends the quote box. So remember the sequence - CR, : at the start of the line, CR
