Posting my avatar photo

HOW do I post my avatar photo? I see no instructions for that.

Just go into the edit functions on your profile page, go to photo/select photo and upload. 

I'm gonna need more specific intructions than that. I've "uploaded" two photos into my "album" but find NO way to upload one of them as my avatar.

Hi Eric. Give this a shot:

1. On any page of the site, click on the "account" link in the far upper-right corner of the page.
2. On the resulting page, click the "Edit Profile" link.
3. On the "Edit Profile" page, look for the Photo field, about a third of the way down the page.
4. Click the "Select photo..." button.
5. In the resulting dialog box, choose one of the photos you've uploaded previously, or upload a new photo.
6. Click the "Update" button. Your photo should now appear in the Photo field.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Profile" button.

That should do it. Let me know if you run into any trouble.

Perhaps your instructions shouild be posted as a sticky or as part of the sign-up procedure. I'm only computer "semi-literate". We geezers often need help navigating what seems intuitive to young whipper-snappers.
