It might be kinda hard to provide consistent feedback on some of the larger chains(REI, EMS, etc) due to employee turnover such as students with summer jobs.

One may have an experience with an employee that isn't very knowledgeable and is just there for the summer.

Now if this were to occur it may not be fair to judge said retailer on this experience alone.

Products are alot easier to review because they are consistent.

Not so much when it comes to employees and a business unless one were to frequent said retailer over a long course of time and get an idea of how the business is ran internally from a managerial perspective on up .

It's a good question, FromSagetoSnow, and something we've considered.
