Spam (again)

A couple of members spotted a spam ad and asked in the thread how to flag it. The threads get deleted sooner or later as the moderators or Dave and Alicia see them. There doesn't seem to be as much as there used to be and I think that's because Dave installed some anti-spam software a while back.

We try to catch them all but our very dedicated members are a great 2nd line of defense.

I have caught a few, just something about golf club info that does not seem applicable to the site. I dunno, maybe its just me. :)

Like the guy I once saw on the rim of the Grand Canyon hitting golf balls into the canyon. I asked him why he was doing such a thing, he replied "don't worry no one will see them" I said that was beside the point. He had supposedly hit about a a hundred balls into the canyon.
