herman's can be found at walmart.
What exactly are you looking for? A shoe or some type of hiking boot?
Hermans used to be ok (and just ok), but there are better brands and types of boots out there these days.

Yes, the Herman Survivors company went out of business several years ago. The name "Herman Survivors" was bought by Wal-Mart and they've been using it for their lower-quality line of boots.
Lots of other boots out there. What do you plan on using them for?
