boot repair help

gday everyone. ive got a pair of sorel caribous which ive had for about 15 years and the yellow taping which runs around the boot just above the sole is cracking nearly all the way around just above the sole. is their a type of glue which which will seal/weld this yellow taping.it hasnt actually separated from the sole. any help much appreciated.ned.

Try ShoeGoo, its a rubber cement like product which works to repair just about any shoe problems. I put it on the bottom of my running shoes to restore the tread all the time. And a bead of it around the seam between the upper and lower sole on a new pair of shoes will make them last 100% longer.

It usually has a color look to the cement but dries clear.
